Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $6.18 or $22 charged at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Packaging & Security

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, JemzCoins is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims when necessary.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. We will help guide you through the next steps.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. JemzCoins is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
